Investing in Treasury Bills for retail clients

Treasury Bills are short term securities with maturity up to 1 year. Actually in Albania are issued Treasury Bills with maturity of 3, 6, and 12 months. T-Bills are issued by the Government of the Republic of Albania Treasury bills are issued in the form of register in the account. Trading Treasury Bills is performed by licensed institutions. Credins Bank is licensed by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF) to trade Treasury Bills. Each investor is equipped with an ownership certificate. The Treasury Bills register is held from the Bank of Albania for individual’s securities, or on behalf of a licensed Bank by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF).

Target Group?

All individuals who want to invest in low risk financial instruments, but with relatively higher interest rates than deposits. Also those individual investors who wish to buy securities to achieve a secure cash flow. Treasury Bills are traded in a secondary market to guarantee to the owner competitive advantages.
