How it works?
You can access the fund through two schemes:
Only the individual may contribute to the Voluntary Pension Fund, to the extent and for the period desired.
The employer or/and the employee shall make contributions to the fund for the benefit of the employees. There are two alternatives to membership in the professional scheme:
- Employer only contributes to his employees to the extent determined by the employer himself;
- In addition to the employer’s contribution, the employee himself contributes to the fund.
